Hey, it isn't so much encouragement and letting you and she know that you aren't alone. I am a lot older she is, but I still struggle with this stuff. I have been off of my meds for a while now and was doing alright until a couple of weeks ago. I tripped out, couldn't stop crying and locked myself in the closet! I am better now, but back on meds.

It is a daily struggle. Hugs to you and her.

Really? Neat! :) I lived with another Victoria, but she went by Vickie, so it worked out well, lol. People always I assume I spell Tory with an i, though... I like my y!

It is a hard road to get the right blend of meds for her I am sure. Most other diseases are so much easier to deal with. Being bi polar or chronically depressed with all of the meds, side effects, doctors visits, etc, is enough to make you even nuttier:)

Hang in there, Taylor. I know that you know she is so worth it!

By the way, I'm guessing many of you have children who are heading back to school next week! Enjoying milk, cheese or yogurt at lunch or as a snack is a great way for kids to fuel their bodies. Some ideas include: Drinkable yogurt for an on-the-go breakfast, milk in vending machines in flavors kids love, and string cheese as a nutrient-packed snack
